3. Participants' Funding Participants utilizing the EHA platform may be funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or other funding sources. EHA is not directly affiliated with the NDIS but enables Participants funded by the NDIS to connect with Providers on the platform.

4. User Responsibilities Providers are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their profiles, qualifications, and professional information. Participants are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring their eligibility for services. Participants and Providers must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
